Responsibilities
- Configure and install personal computers and desktop printers
- Identify and troubleshoot tablet, printer, desktop and wireless scanner issues in an office and manufacturing setting
- Responsible for cable management
- Effectively resolve associate issues
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an IT program, with Sophomore or Junior status
- Hardware skills
- Windows 7/10 knowledge,
- Ability to work independently
- Professional and courteous demeanor
