Purpose of Position:
  • Responsible for valuation professionals and managers across multiple markets and/or one or more practice groups
  • Increasing overall productivity of our professionals
  • Promote Service Excellence while ensuring delivery of high quality reports in a timely manner
  • Continuously growing revenues and profitability
  • Recruiting and retaining talent
  • Seeking new clients and strengthening existing client relationships
  • Collaborate with other leaders and professionals
  • Encourage and support professional development and work life balance
Essential Functions and Job Duties:

  • Client engagement and work procurement while promoting service excellence
  • Recruiting new personnel and retention of current employees Collaborating with other EMDs and market leaders to promote the overall growth of the platform
  • Manage client expectations and workflow

Required Education, Experience and Skills
  • Basic / Minimum Education requirement to perform the job: Bachelor's degree
  • Preferred educational requirements to perform the job: BA and MAI designation
  • Relevant Years of experience required to perform the role: 10 to 12 yrs of exp
  • CRE experience/background to perform the role: Required

Additionally, the successful candidate should possess the following certifications, skills, abilities, and competencies:

Recognized expertise and leader within the valuation industry MAI Designation Team player mentality with excellentcommunication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Experience growing a business High responsiveness to outside and internal requirements Control variable expenses and pursue operational efficiencies.
