Partner Account Manager

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

  • Responsible for selling and managing complete range of RingCentral products and services with RingCentral Partners & Channel Managers

  • Lead Qualification and Sales Pipeline Management

  • Consultative Selling / Selling Through Curiosity when speaking with clients & RingCentral Partners

  • Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from the initial contact to securing the deal * Present products to prospective clients & RingCentral Partners

  • Provide professional after-sales support as needed to enhance the customers' satisfaction

  • Negotiate pricing & agreements to win more deals

Desired Qualifications:

  • A dynamic, high-performing Account Executive with experience in selling technology and/or other services over the phone, by email, and via web-based presentations.

  • The ideal candidate has a history of hitting sales quotas and loves the challenges that come with outbound calling in a competitive market.

  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in sales and/or sales development.

  • Channel experience is a strong plus but not required.

  • Well organized, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to multi-task and create basic reports.

  • Self-learning, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment.

  • An admirable business acumen Soft Skills

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and act professionally at all times.

  • Strong organizational skills and able to work under pressure.

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Can execute and implement plans and programs

  • Strong attention to detail
