Who you are

You are well known for constantly delivering accurate, top quality work for your clients and able to successfully guide projects from concept to execution in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. As part of a top performing Agency Leasing team, you will be part of a tight-knit group with a focus on driving forward their property marketing and long-term strategy goals.

What you bring

  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing rolein commercial real estate, advertising, or a sales environment.
  • Experience with the Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Knowledge of social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Google)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Experience in managing a team of people and resources
  • Ability to multi task and prioritize your time

Bonus skills and experience

  • Commercial Real Estate experience
  • InDesign and marketing content creation
  • Search engine optimization

What success looks like

  • You can manage and oversee the workflow of Colliers' internal marketing and graphic design resources to ensure quality, accuracy and meet deadlines.
  • You have experience with project management, time management and execution of marketing collateral and you bring a knowledge of marketing campaigns and innovative solutions to your clients.
  • You are confident in your ability to support a team of top-producing commercial real estate brokers through assisting to produce custom designed tour books, brochures, placemats, email blasts, postcards, pitches/presentations and more using the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office programs.
  • You have strong planning and organizational skills and are highly effective at prioritizing numerous tasks at one time to see them through to completion
  • You excel in your ability to communicate efficiently and effectively and maintain a versatile and adaptable approach to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are happy to speak in meetings and calls to update your team and clients on your work.
  • You stay informed on the latest marketing trends & technology to help accelerate the success of your clients.
  • You look for innovative ways to improve work process and content.

Approximate Salary Range for this Role: $53,000 to $99,000

Our hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
