SR MANAGER BUSINESS ADMIN PARTNER REPORTING

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a Sr Manager, Bus Admin Partner Reporting with our client in the entertainment industry located in Burbank, CA.

  • 18-Month assignment (with the possibility of extension)
  • Pay: $57.00 - 69.00/hr. (DOE)
  • Hybrid (3 days Onsite in Burbank, CA)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage development of Free to Play games tracking database to ensure accurate royalty reporting and auditability while collaborating with multiple internal teams.
  • Lead development of digital code tracking database to guarantee internal partners needs are met and costing is accurate for executive stakeholders.
  • Partner with legal tracking contractual terms, along with managing the close out process of expiring partner deals and setting up new ones.
  • Oversee administrative processing including but not limited to, contractual payments, partner supplier set up, international tax requirements, and payment confirmation.
  • TYPES OF DECISIONS MADE BY THIS POSITION?
    • To determine tracking attributes required in database for fulfill reporting and audit requirements.
    • To resolve issues related to participation royalty statements with partners and internal contacts; and determine monetary impact of adjustments.
    • To determine when to communicate monetary impact of contractual terms to Finance, Accounting, Treasury and FCRA.

Qualifications:
  • 7 + years relevant work experience
  • Experience in general accounting and financial analysis
  • Prior experience with an entertainment and/or video game company a plus
  • BA/BS Degree Recommended in Business, Finance, Accounting and/or related work experience.
  • Ability to lead projects and bring them to a successful conclusion.
  • Ability to independently meet deadlines while understanding when to communicate updates, follow up, and seek guidance from management.
  • Strong computer skills (Business Objects, Excel, SAP)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple partners, collaborate, and lead multiple departments.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
