About you

You are looking for an opportunity to establish, lead, manage and scale Enterprise FM Advisory in the Americas region, with a primary focus on clients in the US. You are ambitious to build a business aligned with our enterprising culture, passionate about innovation in FM delivery models for corporate occupier clients globally and regionally, delivering all aspects of business development, consulting mandates and resource management with a sharp commercial focus.

In this role, you will...

  • Development of a marketing and business plan to become profitable within the 1st year.

  • Identify clear aspects of differentiation with an effective value proposition.

  • Promote all aspects of FM Advisory throughout the industry at large, and with some key internal stakeholders and existing Enterprise Clients.

  • Create and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities at a realistic level of probability.

  • Manage all stages of the business development process with the objective to win new business at a reasonable but excellent conversion rate

  • Establish and build all the tools, processes and credibility to scale the FM Advisory practice.

  • Engage with and transfer best practices among other FM Advisory leaders in Colliers globally.

  • Independently run complex projects whilst being able to collaborate with the wider Colliers resources

  • Act as Americas lead for global FM consulting projects

What you'll bring...

  • Direct experience relating to all aspects of FM gained from at least 12 years in the sector, including FM outsourcing contract negotiations, building FM strategies, subcontractor strategic sourcing, FM leadership and business operations.

  • Established relationships with FM and CRE leadership at corporate occupiers in the Fortune 500 and across in the FM industry more broadly.

  • Experience in executing consulting mandates in either FM, real estate or the service sector industries.

  • Business development experience selling into and developing effective relationships with senior level stakeholders. successfully growing start-up offerings. Dynamic, enthusiastic and self-motivated to create compelling propositions, solutions, offerings and a profitable business unit.

  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to influence, negotiate and interface to client-side stakeholders at an executive level while building strong relationships.

Approximate Salary Range for this Role: $145,985 to $301,860

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Benefits

Employees (and their families) are provided options for employer subsidized medical benefits including RX, dental, vision as well as employer paid basic life/AD&D insurance and short-term / long-term disability. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, which includes an employer match. Employees will also receive 10 days of sick leave and a minimum of 15-days vacation annually. Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off. Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year. 12 weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for non-birth parents, including adoptive/foster parents) for paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of employment.

Bonus

This position is eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual performance.
