We are searching for an FMS Program Management Analyst, Senior to support the efforts and actions of our Patuxent River, Maryland customer for various Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following duties as well as possess the following education and experience:

Essential Job Duties:

  • Support program requirements and program schedules and perform other related tasks in support of FMS pre-case, case execution, reconciliation, and case closure activities in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM), and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) as well as applicable DoD Acquisition policy guidance
  • Assist the Case Manager/Deputy Case Manager in the execution of all assigned program activities.
  • The FMS Analyst will participate in meetings to support program objectives and the Case Manager/Deputy Case Manager.
  • Analyze program requirements, status, budget and schedules.
  • Perform program management, technical, or business case analyses.
  • Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); and IPT directed business meetings.
  • Collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs for FMS requirements.
  • Tracks program/project status and schedules.
  • Applies policies and procedures for financial planning.

Required Education: Master's Degrees or allowable substitutions. A Bachelor's degree plus two additional years of work experience performing duties described in the functional description may be substituted for a master's degree. Associate's Degree plus four years of additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description may be substituted for a Master's degree. Six years of additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description maybe be substituted for a Master's Degree.

Required Experience: This position requires more than 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.

Desired Experience: At least six (6) years of experience supporting FMS acquisition of major systems or components; experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline; professional experience in technical efforts supporting FMS procedures and processes. Demonstrated experience in program/project status and schedules.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
