Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and implementing comprehensive integrated marketing campaigns. As a key member of our marketing leadership team, the Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, store traffic, customer engagement, and ultimately, revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development:
    • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are integrated seamlessly across various channels.
  2. Campaign Management:
    • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns, including traditional and digital channels.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to enhance campaign performance and ROI.
    • Develop testing plans, analyze results, and make recommendations to maximize acquisition and lifetime value.
  3. Brand Positioning:
    • Oversee the development and maintenance of a consistent and compelling brand message across all marketing channels.
    • Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to in all marketing materials.
  4. Cross-Channel Integration:
    • Foster collaboration between traditional and digital marketing teams to create cohesive and synchronized campaigns.
    • Implement omnichannel strategies to maximize customer touchpoints.
  5. Performance Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough analysis of marketing campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
    • Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on the success of integrated marketing efforts.
  6. Team Leadership:
    • Mentor and lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
    • Encourage professional development and skill enhancement within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in integrated marketing roles, preferably in the retail sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in utilizing data analytics and marketing technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay Rate: $100,000- $115,000 / annually depending on background and experience.This position is eligible to participate in the Guitar Center Company bonus program based on Company performance.
