We are seeing an Executive Secretary/Executive Administrative Assistant (EA), Senior to support the Persistent Maritime Unmanned Aircraft Systems Program Office (PMA 262) in Patuxent River, Maryland. This is an in-office position.
Functional Description: Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. May also train and supervise lower-level clerical staff.
Position Responsibilities:
Education Requirement: A Master's Degree or allowable substitutions is required. Allowable substitutions for the Master's Degree include a Bachelor's Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description, OR an Associate's Degree plus six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description, OR ten (10) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description.
Experience Requirement: More than ten years of experience is required. Five years of experience supporting a NAVAIR Leadership position is desired.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
