Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Computer System Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be pivotal in optimizing our computing systems, ensuring efficient data distribution, and creating effective scenario files for live operations. Requirements/Responsibilities:

Design and develop scenario files to simulate various operational conditions, ensuring our systems can handle real-world applications effectively.

Uses work processes and procedures; has familiarity with related computer programming practices, system software, and computer equipment.

Manage the organization, storage, and distribution of data to ensure that all departments have timely and secure access to necessary information.

Assist with editing and maintaining database programs

Assist with special project activities relative to planning, computer program coding, and related activities

Interface with Systems Analysts, Engineers and other system users

Document all procedures and changes in system operations, creating clear and comprehensive guides for future reference.

Efficiently manage time to prioritize and complete tasks within set deadlines, balancing multiple projects concurrently.

Ensure all projects and tasks meet their deadlines without compromising on the quality of work.

Continuously analyze current systems and recommend improvements to enhance performance and efficiency.

Work overtime as required to meet project deadlines or to handle critical system failures.

Qualifications:

Associates Degree preferred or Vocational/ technical training in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Ability to contribute to the investigation, troubleshooting, and the design solutions to problems in operational hardware and software.

Proven experience as a Computer System Analyst or similar role.

Strong understanding of complex computing environments and data structures.

High proficiency in mathematics and strong attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively.

Experience in documenting processes and creating detailed reports.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.

Excellent analytical skills; demonstrated working knowledge of computer systems and integrated software application programs.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance and must possess a state issued driver's license.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, Java, or Python is a plus.

Experience with system security measures and data encryption.

Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot real-time data software applications to ensure all display requirements are implemented to provide customers situational awareness during real time operations.
