Main Duties & Responsibilities

TriMas Aerospace Summer Internship Program

We are currently seeking high energy and motivated students to join our team as a 2024 Intern at our TriMas Aerospace company. Working alongside leadership, interns have the opportunity to learn through hands-on experience. An internship with TriMas will provide you with invaluable experience that you could utilize in any role, and it is TriMas' goal to evaluate its interns for potential entry-level openings.

Internship opportunities will be in Southern California at our Commerce, City of Industry, El Cajon, or Simi Valley locations.

We are looking for interns in the following areas:
Engineering: Manufacturing, Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial
Finance
Environmental, Health and Safety
Procurement

Over the course of our 8 - 10- week internship experience you will have the opportunity to:

Work directly with a mentor in your field of study while finding solutions to real world problems.
Experience our products up close by touring our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities.
Interact directly with our company leaders to discuss strategy and the future of TriMas Aerospace

Intern Salary Ranges
Bachelor's: $22.00 to $27.00 per hour
Master's: $32.50 to $34.75 per hour

Relocation:
Some of these positions offer a housing stipend based on candidate eligibility.

Qualifications

Qualifications

3.0 GPA and above

Must be involved in at least 1 extracurricular activity.

Prior work experience.

Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program
Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
