Job Description

Cambria Hotel Burbank is currently seeking a talented individual to join the team as a Sales Coordinator. We look to "craft inspired workplaces that enable all Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and maximize investor returns !" Your responsibilities will include:

*Coordinating between the sales department and the other areas of the hotel to ensure exceptional service of the groups and meetings staying at the hotel.

*Responsible for the organization of all catering events that occur at the hotel.

*Conduct site inspections, site tours, soliciting and generating new and repeat business.

*Prepare written correspondence with clients and co-workers.

*Conduct weekly BEO meetings, providing information on upcoming events to all key staff members.

*Assisting with selling guestrooms and meeting rooms as needed.


Qualifications, Perks & Company Information

*Best candidate will offer 2 years of hotels sales and front desk experience

*Knowledge of Marriott systems is preferred

*Strong customer service skills, computer skills, and organizational skills are critical to the success of this position.

*Ideal candidate will be outgoing and a proven self-starter.

*Administrative experience is preferred.

* Schedule is flexible and applicants must be able to work a varied schedule as dictated by the level and type of business.

This position may work remotely but will be required to attend meetings at the Corporate Offices from time to time.
