About the job: The Supervisor, myHRS (HR Service Center) will support the myHRS function and customers through customer-first service, operational efficiency and driving service delivery excellence.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business or a related field
  • 8+ years total experience, including 4+ years in HR service center environment
  • 2+ years leading a HR service center team
  • Experience with HR administration and general exposure / knowledge of various HR functions
  • Experience working in HR Service Center case management tools - ticketing system & call center (i.e. Workday Help, ServiceNow, 8x8, etc.)
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and implementing efficient, effective, and customer focused processes
  • Highly adaptable and able to work in a very fast paced and changing environment
  • Sound judgment; ability to solve problems and make recommendations to remediate issues.
  • Excellent listening, verbal, phone and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong analytical skills, including but not limited to ability to run reports, interpret / analyze data outputs / dashboards and deliver actionable insights.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide day-to-day management, guidance and direction to North America myHRS team. Must be able to motivate, lead and coach others (both direct and indirect).
  • Responsible for Tier 0, Tier I and Tier II support to both employees and external customers, ensuring seamless, positive and compliant Human Resources interaction.
  • Ensures "customer first" approach is applied to handling of inquiries and adherence to processes; monitors customer satisfaction through reviewing cases (tickets) and phone calls, as well as surveying.
  • Effectively uses technology (i.e. Workday, Kronos, Oracle, iSeries, etc.) to service customers.
  • Manages service level agreements and issue escalation. Provides guidance and handles escalated issues directly, as appropriate.
  • Assist the team by working tickets and taking customer calls, as needed.
  • Actively monitors and uses metrics and trends to determine where process improvement opportunities exist.
  • Identifies ways to improve / reduce inquiry volume by co-creating self-service knowledge management materials with the team, proposing user communications or improvements to user guides and training materials.

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition ofForeign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
